Replacement Policy
If you believe your order does not comply with the agreed-upon specifications, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

The request must be made within four (4) weeks of receiving the order.

The product must have been stored and handled according to the guidelines provided in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and any other accompanying documentation.

Noncompliance must be verified by our quality control team.
